Whether you are a Marketplace or Dropshipping, it is time consuming to to manage 100s of Vendors using manual and Excel tools. With Shipturtle, you can give each Vendor access to their own Dedicated Dashboard where they can Add Products, Process Orders and View Earnings. Each Vendor has visibility to only the information relevant to them.
By default, all Vendors can add and edit their Products on their Shipturtle dashboard. They can also optionally sync their own website to pull their Products automatically. (read more on this on the feature “”Vendor Website Sync””).
On their Dashboard, the Vendors can enter their Company details, Pickup address and also add their own Shippers in case you want them to use their own Shipping account to ship. If you want to keep a central Shipping account and keep more control, you can give them access to your Shippers or create Shipping labels in advance which they can download.
Finally, Shipturtle gives the Vendors complete visibility on their Earnings – which helps in building transparency and trust. This is the single biggest reason why Vendors will prefer to work with you over others.
Whatever Vendors do on their Dashboard will reflect on our Admin Dashboard – which means you have complete visibility on the status of each order including tracking status.
