How to Create Users and Set Permissions
Welcome to the Users and Permissions guide! Shipturtle allows you to easily create dedicated user accounts for your team members or your vendors. As a merchant, you have complete control over what each user can see and do by customizing their specific permission levels.
Adding a New User
Creating a new user profile only takes a few seconds. Once created, they will be able to access your marketplace dashboard immediately.
How to create a user and assign permissions:
- Navigate to Settings → Merchant Profile → User and Permissions in your Shipturtle dashboard.
- Click the Add User button.
- In the pop-up window, fill in the required details (Name, Username, Email, and Password).
- Click the Set User Permissions dropdown to select the exact access level for this user.
- Click Save.
Note: Once the account is saved, the new user can log in to the platform immediately by going to next.app.shipturtle.com and entering their new credentials.
