Configure your merchant settings


These settings should be configured by the user upon installation. The configuration will impact the marketplace functionality and billing details on customer invoices.

The email from company details is used for App-specific activities. For example - Sending and Receiving emails for New Orders, Merchant updates, etc.

Billing and Invoices

This section allows users to configure billing and invoice details, which will be used on customer invoices.

Properly configuring the Billing and Invoice settings ensures accurate billing details on customer invoices, enhancing professionalism and compliance with taxation requirements. Ensure all fields are correctly filled to reflect your billing information and preferences.

User & Permission

How to Create Users and Set Permissions

Welcome to the Users and Permissions guide! Shipturtle allows you to easily create dedicated user accounts for your team members or your vendors. As a merchant, you have complete control over what each user can see and do by customizing their specific permission levels.

Adding a New User

Creating a new user profile only takes a few seconds. Once created, they will be able to access your marketplace dashboard immediately.

How to create a user and assign permissions:

  • Navigate to SettingsMerchant ProfileUser and Permissions in your Shipturtle dashboard.
  • Click the Add User button.
  • In the pop-up window, fill in the required details (Name, Username, Email, and Password).
  • Click the Set User Permissions dropdown to select the exact access level for this user.
  • Click Save.

Note: Once the account is saved, the new user can log in to the platform immediately by going to next.app.shipturtle.com and entering their new credentials.
