Access for humans
Shipturtle allows human access to user data only in these cases: (i) with the Customer’s consent for support; (ii) when required by law; or (iii) to investigate abuse, security issues, or outages.

Retention
User settings & removal requests
Customers can revoke our access to any third-party integration anytime via the provider's account settings (e.g., Security, Apps & Connections). Once revoked, Shipturtle will no longer access new data from that provider. Customers can also request deletion of their user data stored by Shipturtle by reaching out to support. We will delete or anonymize this data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
