You can change or recover your merchant, vendor, or staff dashboard password in three easy ways. Choose the option that works best for you.
1. Change Password from Inside the App (Merchant / Vendor)
Use this option if you are already logged in and just want to update your password.
Steps:
- Click your avatar (profile icon) in the top-right corner
- Select Change Password
- Enter your new password
- Click Save
Your password is updated immediately.
2. Reset Password from the Login Page (Forgot Password)
Use this option if you cannot log in or forgot your password.
Important Note (White labeled Stores):
- If your marketplace is white labeled, you must use your custom login page
- Do not use app.shipturtle.com if your store has a white labeled URL
Steps:
- Go to the login page
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your registered email or username
- Check your email for the Reset Password link
- Create a new password using the link
If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
3. Merchant Resets Password for Vendors or Staff (Merchant Only)
If a vendor or staff user is unable to reset their password, the merchant can change it for them from the dashboard.
Steps:
- Go to Settings → Merchant Profile→ Users & Permissions
- Open All Users & Permissions
- Search for the required vendor or user
- Click “Change Password” under Actions
- Set a new password and save
The user can log in immediately using the new password.
Common Questions
I am a vendor. Can I change my password myself?
- Yes. Vendors can change their password from inside the app or using the Forgot Password option.
I use a custom (white labeled) login page. Which one should I use?
- Always use your white labeled login URL for password resets.
I didn’t receive the reset email. What should I do?
- Check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact support.
