How to Set Up the Ziina Payment Integration
Welcome to the Ziina payment integration for Shipturtle! Ziina is a secure digital payment platform that enables businesses to easily accept and process online payments. By integrating Ziina with Shipturtle, your marketplace can seamlessly manage transactions and automate payouts between you (the merchant) and your vendors.
1. Enabling the Ziina Add-on
To start using Ziina on Shipturtle, you must first purchase and activate the Ziina add-on for your account.
How to purchase the add-on:
- Navigate to Settings → Billings & Subscription in your Shipturtle dashboard.
- Go to the 3rd Party Add-ons section.
- Locate Ziina in the list of available add-ons.
- Purchase and enable the add-on for your store.
2. Merchant Configuration
Once the add-on is active, you need to configure the integration and connect your main merchant account.
How to set up the merchant account:
- Go to Settings → Multivendor Settings → Payment Integrations.
- Click on the + (Add) button.
- From the Payment Gateway dropdown, select Ziina.
- Enter your Ziina Access Token in the configuration field.
- Click Save to securely connect your Shipturtle store with your Ziina payment account.

3. Vendor Configuration
For vendors to successfully receive their marketplace payouts through Ziina, they must add their specific Ziina credentials to their vendor portal.
How vendors can set up Ziina:
- Log in to the vendor dashboard and navigate to Settings → Vendor Profile → Payment Integration.
- Click on the + (Add) button.
- From the Payment Gateway dropdown menu, select Ziina.
- Enter your Ziina Username.
- Click Save.

4. Configuration Summary
To ensure your marketplace payments process correctly, verify that both the merchant and the vendors have completed their required fields.
Once both sides are configured, Shipturtle will be fully equipped to process your marketplace payments using Ziina.
