‍‍How to Activate the WhatsApp Add-On

Follow these simple steps to activate the WhatsApp feature:

Step 1: Activate the WhatsApp Add-On

1. Go to Shipturtle App > Settings > Subscription and Billing.
2. Find the WhatsApp Add-On listed on the page.

1. Click Activate.
2. You’ll be redirected to Shopify — approve the subscription charges.

⚠️ Note: Activation of the module is mandatory to complete the integration.

How to Integrate WhatsApp

Once the add-on is activated, proceed with the integration:

Step 2: Configure WhatsApp Integration

1. Go to Settings > Integration > WhatsApp.
2. Click Configure.

Step 3: Choose Your Integration Method

Under the Integration tab, you will see two options:

• Use Shipturtle’s Account to Send Messages
• • Messages will be sent using Shipturtle’s WhatsApp system.
  • You will be charged 1 credit per message.
  • Check out our plans for more information about WhatsApp credits.

• Use My Own WhatsApp Account
• • Integrate your own WhatsApp Business API.
  • Enter your Username and Password to authenticate your account.

Testing the WhatsApp Integration

Before going live, ensure everything works correctly:

1. Enter a valid Test WhatsApp Number in the configuration screen.
2. Click Send Test Message to confirm that your WhatsApp integration is working properly.
