Multi-Currency
Multi-Currency lets you sync vendor stores that operate in different currencies by configuring exchange rates (manually) and optional rounding rules inside Shipturtle’s Vendor Shop Sync Settings.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure:
- Store Sync (Vendor Website Sync / Channel Connect) is enabled for the vendor store. (Without Store Sync, Multi-Currency won’t work.)
- Your account has the Multi-Currency add-on enabled.
Where to find the Multi-Currency setting
- Go to: Settings > Multivendor Settings > Vendor Shop Sync Settings
- In the table/grid, locate the column Other Sync Settings.
- Click Add Currency.
Add a currency (and set exchange rate)
After clicking Add Currency, a pop-up will open. Use it to:
- Select the currency you want to add
- Set the exchange rate manually
- (Optional) Add a rounding value/rule if you want synced prices to round off consistently
Click Create to apply the changes.
Notes / Tips
- If you don’t see “Add Currency” or the Other Sync Settings column, confirm:
- the Multi-Currency add-on is active, and
- the vendor is connected via Store Sync.
- Keep exchange rates updated whenever needed, since rates are entered manually.
