Variant Sync Settings control which variant details from the vendor’s store sync to your store when products are imported (At Create) and when they change later (At Update).
You can choose what to sync using ON/OFF toggles for each field.
1. Fields You Can Sync
Each field has two toggles:
- At Create → Sync when the product is imported.
- At Update → Sync when the vendor updates the product.
Example:
If Price is ON for At Create but OFF for At Update, the price will import initially but will not change when the vendor updates it.
2. Auto Add & Auto Remove Variants
Automatically syncs new or deleted variants for mapped products.
When to Keep ON
- You want every variant to stay in sync with the vendor.
- You already sync key details like Price, SKU, and Quantity.
When to Keep OFF
- You manage your own variant info (e.g., custom prices).
Important:
If this is OFF and the vendor adds/edits/deletes a variant,
→ the app will unmap the entire product to avoid mismatched variant data.
3. Mapping Rule
Controls how the system matches your variants with the vendor’s variants.
- Default (OFF): Map by SKU
Best accuracy, recommended for most merchants. - ON: Map by Product Title
Use only if SKUs are missing or inconsistent.
