Shipturtle offers both monthly and yearly billing. Yearly plans cost less per month, require renewal only once a year, and lock in your price for the subscription period. This article explains the difference and what each plan includes.

Business plan includes: up to 5,000 products, 25 vendors, 1,000 shipping credits, vendor dashboards, email support.

Peak plan includes: up to 10,000 products, 50 vendors, 3,000 shipping credits, bulk features, WhatsApp chat support.

Enterprise plan includes: up to 20,000 products, 250 vendors, 5,000 shipping credits, priority queue, and access to custom development. Once customization work is complete, you must remain on the Enterprise plan to retain those customizations.


Three reasons to choose yearly

Lower cost. The savings range from 15% to 23% depending on your plan. On the Peak plan, that's over $260 saved per year.

Less overhead. A yearly subscription renews once instead of twelve times. There's no risk of a missed monthly payment disrupting your marketplace.

Price stability. A yearly commitment locks in your current rate. Monthly subscribers are not protected from future price changes.


FAQs

Can I switch from monthly to yearly mid-cycle? Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from Setup & Configuration → General Settings. Shopify handles the pro-rata adjustment automatically — you pay for the upgrade period immediately and your next full billing cycle reflects the yearly rate.

What happens if I'm on an Enterprise plan with customizations and I downgrade? Customizations built for your marketplace require the Enterprise plan to remain active. Downgrading to a lower plan deactivates those customizations. Contact team@shipturtle.com before downgrading to understand the impact.

Is there a free trial on yearly plans? Every new Shipturtle installation includes a 14-day free trial regardless of which plan you choose or whether you select monthly or yearly billing.
