How to Make a Zap – Shipturtle x Zapie

Automate your workflows by connecting Shipturtle to 6000+ apps using Zapier.

Step 1: Create a Zap

  1. Go to Zapier
  2. Click on “Create Zap”

Step 2: Choose a Trigger

  1. In the “Trigger” app search bar on top, type “Shipturtle Apps”
  2. Select Shipturtle Apps from the dropdown

Step 3: Choose Event

A popup will appear on the right. Choose what kind of data you want to use:

  • Product Created/Updated
  • Vendor Onboarded/Updated
  • Order Created/Updated

Pick one as your Trigger Event and click Continue

Step 4: Authorize Shipturtle

  1. Click “Sign in” to connect your Shipturtle account
  2. In the popup:
    • Username: Enter any label (e.g., “Marketing Team” or “My Zap”)
    • Login ID & Password: Use your existing Shipturtle credentials
  3. Click Allow Access

✅ Your Shipturtle account will now be connected!

Step 5: Test the Trigger

  1. Zapier will pull sample data from your Shipturtle app.
  2. Click “Test Trigger”
  3. If successful, you’ll see a sample order, product, or vendor – depending on the trigger you chose.

Step 6: Add an Action (Optional)

Now that your Shipturtle trigger is set, you can connect it to any other app:

  • Gmail (Send email on new order)
  • Slack (Notify when new vendor joins)
  • Google Sheets (Log product updates)

Just pick an action → map fields → test → done!
