Step – 1 : Login to the Woocommerce store
Click on woocommerce → settings
Now go to Advanced → REST API → Add Key
Step – 2 : Generate consumer key and consumer secret
- Add any description then choose user and make sure permissions are set to Read/Write
Then click on Generate Api key:
copy the consumer key and consumer secret then paste it somewhere as it is very crucial for getting vendorsync on Shipturtle
Step – 3 : Open Shipturtle Application
Open shipturtle URL SHIPTURTLE
Login with credentials provided by merchant
Move to Vendor Inventory Sync tab
Step – 4 : Connect to Woocommerce store
You will see an icon of woocommerce and connect button
Click on connect and enter the woocommerce store domain If your store name is vendorsync then your domain would be https://vendorsync.com/
Enter the Consumer key – Consumer secret which we had generated above
Click on submit
Step – 5 : Merchant Approval
Wait for the merchant approval
Once approved by merchant, vendor can see their products and inventory levels sync
Note: Once connected successfully make sure you do not disable the webhooks to avoid sync issues, for reference see below image and make sure your webhook’s status is Active.
